Amy G. Piedmont is a Partner at Parlatore Law Group whose practice focuses on all aspects of complex estate planning including Revocable Living Trusts, GST Trusts, Special Need Trusts, Bypass and Disclaimer trusts and Retirement trusts. She also has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, business formation and transactions, as well as commercial and federal government contracts.
Prior to joining Parlatore Law Group, Ms. Piedmont had her own solo cloud-based practice focusing on all aspects of estate planning. As a military spouse with four children, she has first-hand knowledge of the perils of failing to properly plan for one’s incapacitation or death, and the toll it takes on families and businesses. She prides herself on developing long-lasting relationships with her clients in order to develop tailormade estate plans based on their specific family and business needs.
Ms. Piedmont joined Parlatore Law Group because she shares the strong belief that the cloud-based business model is the best way to provide clients with top quality legal services at reasonable prices, and she is determined to make top quality legal services accessible to all clients, especially military families and veteran owned small businesses.
Mrs. Piedmont graduated, magna cum laude, from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law and her L.L.M in Estate Planning from John Marshall Law School.
