Hannah Recker is Counsel with Parlatore Law Group and practices in the fields of tax law, small business formation, general counsel services, and estate planning. She has nearly a decade of experience as a tax advisor and demonstrated experience assisting small business owners with merger and acquisition representation, tax planning, and contract formation and review.
Ms. Recker is passionate about assisting small businesses and individuals with their tax and business needs, including business planning, entity formation, and estate planning. She is particularly interested in working with business owners in all phases of the entity’s life cycle from start-ups and recent acquisitions to succession planning and sale transactions.
Prior to joining Parlatore Law Group, Ms. Recker was an associate responsible for securing over $5 million in small business loans for clients to sustain operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and provided general counsel services to small business owners. Additionally, she developed comprehensive estate plans designed to minimize tax liability on wealth transfers.
Aside from her legal experience, she is a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserves, serving in the Medical Services Corps where she leads a team of Airmen as the officer in charge of medical readiness and logistics.
When not practicing law, Ms. Recker enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and golfing.
She is admitted to practice in Illinois, Ohio, and Texas.
She currently resides in Texas.
