Jennifer Hoffpauir is a Partner with Parlatore Law Group who guides visionaries in achieving their goals. An experienced in-house advisor to startups and nonprofits, she is well-positioned to understand the unique challenges of growing organizations.

Ms. Hoffpauir practices in all areas of nonprofit law, advising nonprofit organizations on tax and lobbying compliance, fundraising and charitable solicitation, and corporate governance. Good at asking insightful questions, Ms. Hoffpauir helps clients think through various courses of action and weigh the risks and opportunities. She focuses in nonprofits focused on veterans, racial equity, cannabis, and social services and serves on several nonprofit boards.
Additionally, Ms. Hoffpauir is a trusted advisor on employment law matters for both employees and employers. An experienced human resources leader in nonprofits and highly regulated industries, she brings a high degree of business acumen to her employment law practice. She is skilled at internal investigations, organizational development, and resolving complex employment challenges. She also knows when employers break the law and represents employees in litigation who have been victims of discrimination, including veteran, disability, age, sex, and race-based claims.
