Megan Frank is a partner at Parlatore Law Group, ready and equipped to handle all your business transaction and estate planning needs.

She is passionate about working with small businesses, including assisting with Business Planning, filing services for LLCs, Corporations, and Partnerships, as well as creating company agreements and managing dissolution of entities. Her experiences with contract review, terms of use and Privacy Notices, make her an asset in laying the groundwork for growing and maintaining small businesses. Her depth of knowledge and expertise allow her to effectively help creatives, brick and mortar businesses and best serve the unique needs of those in the agricultural community.   

Prior to joining Parlatore Law Group, Ms. Frank worked as a Staff Attorney responsible for handling medical insurance claims and negotiating settlements with insurance carriers. As an attorney auditor, she analyzed insurance standards to ensure compliance with billing standards, and effectively located potential areas of improvement with policy and procedure. Additionally, she was able to partner with clients to assist in improving billing compliance to maximize profit in accordance with insurance handling guidelines. Her wide breadth of experiences speak to her ability to serve her clients at all stages of their business growth and development.

Ms. Frank also has experience with estate planning, reviewing title, and real estate transactions. Her combined skill sets with contract review and analysis give her a unique perspective and makes her an asset to Parlatore Law Group and in helping clients with their business needs.

In addition to providing legal and consulting services for private clients, Ms. Frank volunteers her time with Stepping Stones Safe Haven, a shelter for women and children in need.  She is also active with the Military Spouse J.D. network, volunteering to partner with the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors to help Gold Star families with their legal needs. She is active in her military community serving as a Family Readiness Group Leader.

She is admitted to practice in Texas.

She currently lives in Tennessee, with her husband and 4 children.
