Parlatore Law Group Counsel Eric Postow, Promoted to Partner

Parlatore Law Group, LLP proudly announces that attorney Eric Postow has been promoted to Partner. Mr. Postow has been with Parlatore Law Group since March 2021 and focuses his practice on advising those in the cannabis industry, primarily with risk mitigation, compliance planning, business development, negotiations, litigation support, and as outside general counsel.

Since joining Parlatore Law Group, Mr. Postow has spearheaded the creation of the firm’s first cannabis practice group. In this role, Mr. Postow has focused on building a multi-disciplined approach to cannabis law by providing cannabis-specific business counsel, compliance, regulatory guidance, and complex litigation strategy and support. The practice group has grown to encompass multiple states and is at the forefront of many of the most important legal issues facing the cannabis industry today. 

Mr. Postow’s prior experience in the business world has allowed his practice to flourish by combining the creativity of entrepreneurialism with a comprehensive approach to legal practice. He is both a skilled negotiator and an intentional advocate, advising clients and serving the legal needs of diverse companies. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Postow is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps has led in a variety of management and leadership roles while earning two personal military decorations. He is actively involved in supporting civil rights issues, most recently as a member of the NAACP. He is a regular contributor for Cannabis Business Executive Press.
