Mr. Brown takes great pride in representing men and women who have served for our nation. He has successfully represented fellow Navy SEALs, Green Berets, and other American Warfighters. Mr. Brown also represents lenders, financial institutions, corporations, small business owners, secured and unsecured creditors, and veterans. Mr. Brown has extensive experience handling complex litigation involving breach of contracts, fraud, tortious interference with contracts, SBA and EIDL loans, money transmitter licensing issues, commercial foreclosure actions, and actions to enforce promissory notes and guaranties.
Mr. Brown believes no one looks out for veterans better than other veterans. Accordingly, he has strategically advised and represented veterans in a wide variety of matters ranging from VA disability appeals, tax foreclosure sales, contractual disputes, and many other issues.
In addition to his work with Parlatore Law Group, Mr. Brown organizes, directs and leads the NYC SEAL Swim to ensure a safe and victorious event that represents the SEAL Community, NJSP, NYPD, PAPD, and FDNY with honor while sending a positive patriotic message of unity for our entire nation to see!
Mr. Brown also led Operation Full Court Press, a large movement in support of Pete Hegseth’s nomination for Secretary of War. This was a historic event as it was the first time SEALs and Veterans came out in large numbers to our nation’s Capitol to support a cabinet nominee.
