Sarah Ikena, Esq.
Sarah Ikena has joined the firm as a partner in the Arlington, VA. office. Sarah is an accomplished criminal defense attorney who focuses her practice on white collar crime, investigations, and litigation.

Sarah joins Parlatore Law Group, having spent her entire career as a criminal defense attorney. She spent two years as a felony defender for the State of Kansas, where she handled hundreds of felony cases, taking many to jury trial. Additionally, she has extensive felony trial experience with violent crimes, and thrives in high pressure, high intensity situations. As a military spouse, she has experience practicing criminal law in numerous jurisdictions across the country, bringing a unique perspective to Parlatore Law Group. She is licensed to practice in Virginia, Georgia, and Kansas.

Jonathan J. Klein, Esq.
Jonathan J. Klein has joined the firm as a partner in our new Baltimore, MD and Bridgeport, CT offices. Jonathan has nearly 40 years of experience in an impresively broad array of practice areas including complex commercial, civil, tax and securities litigation, criminal defense, appeals in both state and federal courts, corporate law, tax assessment appeals, administrative law, commercial and residential landlord-tenant law, labor and employment law, probate litigation, election law, military law and zoning law.

Jonathan also advises clients on a full spectrum of corporate law issues, including commercial leasing and other transactions, forming corporations and limited liability companies, buying and selling businesses, and preparing and negotiating contracts of all kinds. Parlatore Law Group is passionate about helping small businesses, and Mr. Klein is equipped to advise both management and employees in labor and employment law matters, including discrimination and hostile workplace issues.
Jonathan is also a seasoned appellate advocate, having briefed and argued more than 30 appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2d Circuit, the Connecticut Supreme Court and Appellate Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
He is licensed to practice in Maryland, Connecticut, and New York, in addition to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2d, 5th and 11th Circuits, the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of Georgia, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals.

Erin Darden, Esq.
Erin Darden has joined the firm as counsel in our new Atlanta, Georgia location. Erin is an accomplished trial attorney, with demonstrated expertise in litigating a wide variety of issues at the Department of Justice’s Tax Division. Additionally, she is passionate about helping small business owners in the way of trademark law and essential business concepts.

Erin is joining Parlatore Law Group with previous work experience as a civil litigator. She represented the United States and the Internal Revenue Service as the lead trial attorney on a docket of approximately 90 Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Court civil actions. She has experience with tax refund, FOIA, pyramiding, tax preparer injunction, and bankruptcy matters, in addition to mediation, negotiation, and obtaining settlements.
In addition to her extensive experience in civil litigation, Erin’s is a life coaching and passionate about assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs. As a small business owner herself, she understands the intricacies of small business growth and development from both financial and branding perspectives. She is excited to bring her expertise to Parlatore Law Group.
She is licensed to practice in Georgia.
